Dual Channel Memory problems????

Hi

I am having a problem running my ram in dual channel. I have attempted to start the computer with ram in slots 2 & 4 and also in slots 1 & 3. When I start up the computer in single channel mode, I receive this message:

"The system is running in single channel mode when you plug DIMM module in DIMM1 please install 2 ram modules in to DIMM 2 & 4 for dual Channel Operation"

After this appears I have to hit F1 to load Windows. Is there any way that I can make this message dissapear?

What happens when you have both slots populated? Does it no POST, does it hang?

Still comes up with the same message. I was wondering if its got anything to do with updating the BIOs

Go into BIOS, up the RAM voltage to 2.8

Set timings to whatever the stuff runs at stock

power down, stick RAM in orange slots

Should work
