The power of a 2011 extreme with atleast 32GB ram and a TB of SSD's in 15" laptop form for work (recording audio)

When I see these threads I always try to say what I would actually want to buy if I had money for a new rig rather than what I could buy with unlimited funds, so with that said. I'd probably keep my 600t white case, msi mpower MoBo, 16gb of corsair dominator ram, 2 evga gtx 670 ftw, corsair ax760 psu, corsair h100i cooler and a 3770k .

Wouldn't go the 'i' version for more use with the H100i and their Link software?

I thought about this but tbh I probably wouldn't . I can see it being a nice feature but knowing me I probably wouldn't use it. As for the h100i it has the thicker tubing, nicer plate and better fans than the original h100 hence my choice
i3 2120 + HD7770, fit in a white Bitfenix Shinobi lit up with green LED's.
I don't use my PC for anything really demanding these days, so I see no need to overspend and purchase unnecessary components. Plus given I'm living in Germany, power efficiency is an important aspect to consider.

I'm half way to my dream machine. After getting the Corsair AX760i, C70 case, H100i there are only a couple things I would change.
If I wanted to go nuts I would get a nice, big Samsung 840 500GB SSD, or two. 32GB of some fast ram and the fastest CPU I could fit in my mobo which would be the 3770k, and a pair of GTX 680's. Two mechanical drives would be WD Veloci Raptors 1TB, while 4 would be something like WD Caviar black 4TB

Current dream machine is adding a second 680 to my machine. A 256 or 521gb ssd strictly for games, enough corsair platinum sticks to fill all 8 dimm slots and water cool the hell out of it.
After that 3x benq 2410t with nvidia 3d and trackit head movement tracking software for racing games.
Very much achievable.
