i need a better upload speed all i get now is 2 or 3mbs im in the uk dose anyone know a good isp that isn't to expensive thanks in advance

in the UK, only business users have good upload speeds (unfortunately)

Semi-related, does anyone know if the upcoming Virgin speedboost is putting the upload speed up? Download speed bumps are well advertised, but nothing about the upload.

Virgin in my opionion are ok ..... As long as you don't *£(" download anything.....Otherwise your speeds will plummet like a brick ;] or more D=

I can get 10 upload for about 1 minute before my ISP throttles me back to 5mb.

I get sh*t upload speed, it will never go above 0.36, no idea why
Standard ADSL 1 cannot provide a higher upload than that.
I think BT are relatively good if you go fibre optic like I have.
Speed is in my sig.
Also when you say 5mb do you mean 5MB or 5Mb because there is a severe difference. 5MB = 50Mb = 5.0MB. So which one do you actually get? Also it depends on where you are uploading too and their bandwidth too.
