Digital Homicide is now trying to dismiss their court case against 100 Steam users after the company has been "destroyed" by Valve, who removed their games from the Steam storefront.

I don't know what they thought was gonna happen. Valve has a legal obligation to protect its users from abuse like this and the legal right to refuse to do business with any developer.

Well they seem pretty dumb and ignorant to be honest. Trying to make everybody feel sorry for them, when they brought this upon themselves really.

In their reviews they stated that all staff at DH should kill themselves, or threatened that the game is so bad they would kill staff at DH for making them pay for bad games etc etc.

That is what is insinuated anyway.

TBH that kind of behaviour has to be expected, even I have been told to kill myself on occasion in FB comments.

If you have a job where someone can be critical of your work somebody will always go overboard. The behaviour will never be justified, but people do need to learn to ignore it.

DH kept feeding the trolls, making the situation a lot worse for themselves. They attracted more idiots by giving them attention.
