Everone knows whats legal and whats not, we don't condone illegal downloading in any way shape or form.

Wonder if its reappearance will draw attention from the net police?

Its now being hosted in America, of all places. It was originally closed down due to illegal activity, then we all thought they were moving to sweden or switzerland, maybe denmark (my geography isnt the best). But to move somewhere where the laws are incredibly tight.....hmmm...shall be interesting to see how the sites future pans out.

And llwyd, sorry bud but hey, thought i would just slap a thread up and let everyone know, you can slap me later if needs be

demonoid was the best torent site,hopefully it will be as good as before.As llywd says torrent sites can be used for legal things as well,my friend used to use them to get patches for bf2(500 meg a time) when they came out as he said that th EA servers were slow and rubbish

Demonoid is very good. Pitty you need to register before downloading any torrents, but registration is only for a limited time only unless you get an invite

Never used Demonoid. Used a better private Torrent Site though .

Interesting choice of words sock58, though we all know what you mean. Torrents have an especially high significance for transmitting Linux ISO's and other extremely large data files. It's a pity how the RIAA and similiar organizations target the torrent networks themselves when there are so many perfectly useful, and legal applications of them.
