Buenos OC3D'ians!

I finally got around to cleaning out my rig, and got a phone with a decent camera so I thought I would post some pictures of it.

Basically I bought all of the parts for this rig over a series of months in late 2012 (from August - December). Aside from the 2nd Direct CUII GTX 680 that is, that was purchased in mid 2013 on an impulse at Fry's Electronics.
This rig nix the Direct CUII used to be housed in a Corsair C70 that I had custom painted to basically match the same color scheme as this rig. I am possibly planning on upgrading when Z97 comes out so I thought I would take this as a final tribute to her. Anywho, here are the specs...

HDD: 1TB WD Caviar Black
SSDs: 2x 128 GB Samsung 840 Pros in RAID 0
PSU: 850W Thermaltake SMART-M Semi Modular

Hope you all like it! I tried to take some shots with it turned on but they came out really poorly, I will have to update with more later.

Here are a few more pics from the images I took last night. I will definitely upload some more once I have worked out the setting on my phone camera a bit so that the light doesn't show up with so much glare. Stick with me... my amateur camera skills will work themselves out soon enough. ^_^

The black and yellow looks killer but, personally, I would've tried to bring that over in the lighting scheme too somehow.

White lights FTW - if he had used yellow lighting it would have bleached everything out. White would have highlighted the yellow accents......

Yeah, you should pretty much always use white LEDs. The only way to use other colours is if you do it very subtly, in which case it can actually look quite nice.

That would look pretty slick and make the yellow 'pop', as they say...

At least the Corsair cooler and RAM can be colour adjusted if the way of the white LED was chosen.

Although, is white an option on the Tactical Tracer?
