Hey Guys, Deadloss here....
OK, so I'm running a system with a GTX590 over tri-monitors (Nvidia Surround Vision). Games play great and able to get decent FPS over the three monitor, of course games would play better on the one monitor, and yes I would get better FPS and performance, however I've been using surround vision for a while, and its hard to go back to a single monitor.
With that said here's my question:....?
What performance difference would I get from adding a graphics card just for dedicated Physx?
I know some games don't even use it, however with new titles such as Borderlands 2 and FarCry3, these games support Physx.
I've kept up-to-date with my graphics cards, as I'm a massive gamer and do allot of gaming reviews (tutorials more than graphic comparisons).
So into the cupboard I go, and I have a GTX480 sitting there in it's box. Would adding such a high end graphics card as a dedicated Physx card really making any difference?
Would like to hear you thoughts, and / or any result you may have had using a card, as a dedicated physx card.
