Daemon Tools

Hi Folks,

Was hoping someone could recommend some free software that does the same as Daemon tools. Only thing is it will need to work with Win7 64bit RC1.

I have used Daemon tools fine but now my evaluation period is up

I just use virtual Clone Drive mate, doesnt give you the taskbar icon, but all controls are in My Computer

Try MagicDisk, works fine on my win7 rc1 x86_64.

I dont think the win7 64bit version of daemon tools comes in the free flavour

I installed DaemonToolsLite on a pc the other day and everything went ok. Nothing about activating (as per the site) or any nagging.

Yep, daemon tools lite works perfectly for me on win7 64bit RC1.

I use the Lite version, and it doesn't lack anything I want so I'm happy with it.

Just be sure to untick all the boxed where they ask for Daemon to take over your PC!

For Daemon Tools on Windows 7, just make sure you install the latest SPTD driver first

no it doesn't

DT lite (free version) works on 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows 7 with the latest SPTD driver
