D14 Help

ok? strange... cause in your screenshot you have the chassis Fans selected... not the cpu!? that is also my question... do you have it pluged into the cpu header or the chassi fan header on you mainboard?

I have one fan on my D14 connected to the CPU header and the other connected to the fan header to the right of the CPU. The AI Suite just labels it as a chassis fan because as far as it knows it is one.

ah ok... I have pluged them together... but belive me the fan that is pluged into the cpu header is not controled cause it is a 4 pin... the chassi fan is the only one that is!

Honestly dude it works for me on both fans, I have just tested them individually just to make sure and they both change speeds.

Dude I'm not trying to anoy you!! But it does totaly nothing for me... it runes at around 900 rpm stable... I just don't know what I could have done wrong!?

but on other questen btw: you have more or less the same mb... there is a 3 pin header near the cpu one (just a real small bit to the left): What is this?

I know, no probs.

But it turns out I was wrong I have just checked my wiring and I got my D14 cable and one of my case fans mixed up

I thought I had all my fans on molexes but it turns out I had one on the CPU header which is 4 pin fan and my other D14 fan was connected to a molex

so yeah only one fan on my D14 was being controlled and the other one was a case fan.

Sorry about that.

The one to the left is another fan header.

That pic in my Avatar isn't my PC it's just a pic of the case I am getting soon, you can see more pics of that build in my avatar in this thread though.
