hey guys n girls i have almost finished my new build in the switch 810 (freakin awesome) im just waiting on new psu and bit fenix cables to arrive so while im waiting i have filled my loop and have had it running for a couple of days switching it on and off shaking the crap out of it and tilting so res is the highest point but i stil have a crap load of air bubbles that i cant get rid of my set up is an EKDCP 4.0 pump at bottom of case xspc 360 rad in roof an xspc ray storm cpublock and an EK-Bay Res dual loop in front of case about 1 inch below rad .....

and now im starting to wonder if the air bubble fairy will ever leave me alone .is it just a time thing and ill have to wait or is there something i have missed out on any help would be great as this is my first custom loop (nooooooob)

When you tilt it is there enough liquid in the reservoir to keep in the intake submerged? I know it sounds obvious but when you are focused on not dropping your rig its easy to miss.

Are the bubbles stuck in a component or just everywhere?

thanx for the quick reply yeah fluid levels are all ok when i tilt it its completley coverd . um im preety sure i have got rid of all the large air bubbles its more like thousands of micro bubbles almost like a froth ill add a pick of system so you can see how it exactly laid out

sounds like the pump was run dry a little long at some point and has thrown a crap tonne of air bubbles (froth) into your loop?

hmmmmm not having much luck adding image lol

it had a second or 2 of air right at start of filling procedure

just a thought is it possible that there is to much flow through the spin res coz it is spinning @100mph?????

oh yeah ambient temp is 20c and core temp at idle is 46

ok so i hooked the dcp-4.0 to a lamptron 30w perchannel fan controller and backed it down to about 1000rpm from 2000 rpm and things are starting to look good temps are going down and there are lees and less bubbles every min thanx for help
