I really hate this BIOS. The F7 defaults are not ideal.
This is not a BIOS where you can just load defaults then save and exit. F9 is the latest release BIOS, on the UK Gigabyte website anything after that is clearly listed as a beta BIOS. Here are some screen shots of BIOS configured as best as possible.
Edit: I'm such an idiot, checked main Gigabyte site for BIOS and there's a much more recent BIOS there.
M.I.T Current Status...
Advanced Frequency Settings...
Advanced CPU Core Features...
Advanced Memory Settings...
Advanced Voltage Settings - On this screen manually overriding Vtt and PLL make no difference after a save and reboot, Vtt stays on 1.075V and PLL stays on 1.845V. I have a feeling motherboard is reporting them wrongly or its saying up yours I'm keeping them like this. Before anyone rants about running these on AUTO, I don't seem to have any choice.
PC Health Status - Setting things correctly here is important. Otherwise the fans will run at a lower RPM increasing CPU temps.
Miscellaneous Settings...
System Information...
BIOS Features...
Peripherals...
Power Management...
