Cracks appear in the iPhone 3G

mine is fine, apart from a few minor (very minor) software bugs (it is a release day phone lol so i don't mind waiting for fixes to these VERRY minor issues.. that apart i LOVE IT 
no cracks in mine, if any appear i'll be straight to the nearest apple store lol

I think the articles are over the top.
I nearly bought an iPhone3G but then went for a poke in my Carphone warehouse and found I couldn't get it on my tariff and it isn't as good as my 3yr old Nokia. Conisdering Even if i wanted it it would cost a bomb I'm keeping my Nokia until there is something actually worth it.
Its like buying a Ferrari over a modified Supra. Ferrari looks good and has a name but the Supra does the same but is a Toyota and cheap. So most want the Ferrari.

It's a small defect in a smallish number of the phones tbh. The software has a few gremlins but not much doesn't tbh. It's a great piece of kit.

i don't think it was rushed mine is solid defects happen in anything, and early adopters should just accept that new things = ironing out bugs.. personally only found maybe 2? the rest, seriousl is gravy. this is the single best phone i have ever used, i will never move back to traditional buttons, and will probably only ever upgrade to the next iPhone.. that might sound fanboy but i cannot explain just what a joy these are to use.

my dad has an upgrade coming and had a couple of days with that samsung tocco..
in a sentence, sluggish, badly executed and as usual comes with the stupid menu options layout you get with ever other samsung (crap) i used to be nokia, but never again
and i found the 'screenshot' button for while u do ANYTHING on the iphone!
press n hold the home button and then press the lock button, click one 1:1 pixel screenshot in ya camera roll can even be used to take pictures with the camera instead of the camera haha
