CPUZ Reading my new CPU wrong

I have just install my new board and cpu and cpuz is reading my cpu wrong speeds is 800 - 2100mhz @ 0.224v

i5-4670K @ stock
MSI Z87-GD65 GAMING
8gb corsair vengence pro 2400
GTX 480
antec 750w psu

This is normal. Most modern motherboards will throttle your CPU to reduce heat and energy consumption. This can be disabled from the BIOS if you need to but is usually a good idea unless you are over-clocking or testing stability.

It's just its idle reading. CPUz if I remember correctly fluctuates between idle, base, and turbo clocks.

Thanks guys for that info. Getting use to the setup now. just trying to now work out why the Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller when windows is started I get asked if I want to run it and just trying to find out if I need it or not.
