CPU-Z displaying wrong voltage

hello oc3d,

just started to do some overclocking on my 4770k,
i noticed that the voltage displayed in cpu-z doesn't change at all.
tried different versions, same problem with all of them

OCCT does display the same, wrong voltage as CPU-Z does.

are there any beta versions that display the correct voltage or other programs that do?

thanks

your tried a bios update?

Its a problem on quite a lot of z87 motherboards, i have it myself. Go to the bios and just check your voltages there if you're in doubt!

well that's quite hard when i want to check the voltages while OCCT is running..

I have the Z87-GD65 with a 4770K and both OCCT and CPU Z read the vcore correctly

Just download the latest version of CPU Z and make sure your running the latest BIOS which should be v1.3 :)
