Cpu fan for small form factor

I am building an itx, in a lian-li pc-tu100 case and i keep stalling when looking for a cpu cooler, i like the noctua l9i, but i just want something a bit beefier. any suggestions or is it king in the max 60 mm height range?

It's a bit of a pig to source depending on where you are, but they're great slim coolers.
