well mate u will need to put the heatsink back on after u replace the thermal paste (you havent overclocked you cpu?) then ur gonna have to seriously think about changing cases cause u need better ait flow to get all that warm air dumped out of the case cause its just makin ur components hot then ur coolers circulating the warm air about till ur only exhaust can get rid of it
you can get some cheap cases that will have a fan in the front that will get some air in but if your gonna be limited with budget i recommend an antec 300 its got bad ass airflow for only £40 its got 2 x 120mm in the front, 1 x 120mm on the side, 1 x 120mm on the rear and a 140mm on the roof (only comes with the roof and rear fans you will have to purchase more to fill all the spaces)
