CPU cooler advice

Hi, I'm currently looking for a new CPU cooler for my Phenom II 965. I have looked into the NH-D14 but I'm not confident this will fit into my case as I have a side fan fitted (Fractal Design Core 3000). My priority is low noise.
If anyone could offer me advice on coolers that are slightly smaller it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

The bequiet series are also worth looking at.

I'd normally only recommend the D14, but since it's a 965, you'll be pretty capped for an OC anyway so you dont really need anything that good in performance. Will save a bit of money too, and the bequiet fans are - as the name suggests - very quiet.

Noctua NH-U12P SE2 , but rip the supplied fans off use them in your case , buy a single NF-F12 PWM for CPU.

And run said NF-F12 at 5v/7v only, or find yourself deaf within hours.
A quick look on the internet, and it doesn't seem as though your CPU gets that hot under load, even with the stock heatsink.
Why not pick up a Coolermaster 212 Evo and run the fans at 7v? Should be plenty 'nuff.

Thanks for the all the advice guys. I have actually ended up going with a Be Quiet Shadow Rock Topflow since I'm not planning on doing any overclocking. Hopefully I havent made a bad choice but I will find that out on Wednesday.

Thanks again guys :)
