Do you have a mobo that you prefer? If your not overclocking, a 3770k will work well. If it's on your budget, a 4790 would get the most bang for the buck on the second hand market.

You could probably get an i5 3470 off ebay for less than 100 Pounds.

-Even my old Q8200 CPU can run battlefield 4 low-mid settings... so that i5 should have you covered-

No we will not be overclocking and any mobo is a option . It is just about picking the proper CPU for the task

If you dont mind second hand, you could easily nab an i5 46xx cpu off eBay.

I wouldnt really reconmend the Pentium K.
