Corsair Vengeance LED single colour

Assuming that someone has a kit of these, I was wondering if the light comes on by default (with whatever behaviour) or does it require software?

I think they come on automatically but you need the cue software to control them

Thanks! Not a fan of all these lighting control software packages, hence I asked I'll see what default cycle they're on and take it from there. But first, deciding between these white Vengeance kits or gunmetal & black Trident Z...luxury problems right!

They don't need any software to make them come on, but they will be stuck in breathing mode. Which for me I don't mind at all

Fantastic as I don't mind breathing mode either! The design looks fantastic!! It's just the timings being a little on the high side as compared to Trident Z at the same frequency. Plus, also a beautiful design.
