Corsair Neutron SSD's

When on Corsairs site looking up the Platinum RAM I saw this news article about there new range of SSDs (4th Gen).

They are using the LM87800 6GB SATA controller from LAMD, they offer a 5 yr warranty and come in 120GB, 240GB and 480gb sizes. Looks interesting?

I am very, very interested in the Neutron GTX. Toggle NAND + The new controller should give fantastic performance. Not heard much on the reliablity of the controller but hopefully it's all good

Hopefully they should be great performers, just need to wait for the reviews. I agree there doesn't seem to be much information about the reliability of the controller but only time will tell on that one.

IS IT JUST ME OR DO THEY LOOK REALLY REALLY SLIM. caps off, whats a regular 2.5 inch drive 9mm deep that looks closer to 5/6

I think the rounded corners makes it look slim

the article says they are 7mm thick
