Corsair AX1200 Question

i am looking in to a corsair ax1200 PSU for my build. i have a corsair 800d and wondering if the ax1200 has cables to go behind mobo tray all the way to top and 8 pin connector. or should i consider a smaller corsair vengeance c70 mid tower case.

I beleive like with most full tower case you'll need an extension cable. There easy to obtain from like Bitfenix or NZXT

i thought id probably end up having to do that, extra cost for a case i love. but could get special ones like if i ran a gtx 680, i could just use 6 pin extensions instead of having extra plugs messing up the clean aesthetics of the monolith.

the xfx psus have very long cables.

no - in most situations they do not (unless the CPU power pins are VERY close to the edge of the board), even in small towers

in your case, with the 800D, it will definitely not. you will need extensions
