Corsair 650D - Problems

I bought a Corsair 650D a while back and got it on Friday. The case itself looks amazing, but there are some issues that bother me quite a bit. First off, it came with two scratches. A pretty deep on on the sidepanel window that's pretty annoying and one behind the front grill thing for the intake. The second thing is that it has very little space for cablemanagement. I've spent like two hours trying to make it fit perfectly, but there are so many cables that are pre attached. Just a heads up for the people who are thinking about getting it. Sorry for poor grammar. I'm hungover. :/

Those scratches would drive me nuts, I'd RMA it. You expect things to be perfect when you buy something new, especially from such a good company as Corsair. They might even send you a new side panel if you get in touch with them and send a photo.

Yeah, exactly. When you buy something new then you expect it to be in perfect condition. And please, don't get me wrong, I love my new case besides the cablemanagement thing which I'll sort out when I got the time and the scratches. But where would I RMA it? To the online store? They will use AGES. Or should I contact Corsair? I mean, wouldn't Corsair just tell me to talk to the store and the store would tell me to talk with Corsair which would lead no where. I've been down that road before... Not fun at all...

Aye if it arrived damaged get it replaced matey.

Should I contact Corsair or the online store I bought it from?

Yeah I'd return it. I wouldn't be happy buying new parts that look like they are secondhand!

Yeah. It's not cool. But even if I wouldn't get anything replaced I'd still feel that my money, or rather my dads money, was spent well. Now I sound like a spoiled brat.

Try Corsair first as they're bound to have the quicker turn around time.

Failing that phone the shop. At least one of them should take it back as it arrived damaged.
