What an excellent game. Been playing this regularly since its been released.
Lost my GDI saved files and some NOD a few weeks back, but great fun playing again. Nearly finished on both sides and I read theres Scrin missions too
Graphics are nice to, and the superweapons are much MUCH better than they were in previous efforts (no weedy nukes - these are proper 'blow your socks off' stuff!)
Anyone used the free map builder to create some missions?

Finished the game with both sides and a nice intro to the Scrin invasion leading to new Scrin missions

Yeah the Ion cannon is definitely very nice and also the effects on the rift generator too :worship:
I found the details very nice in the graphics, mrapoc are you playing on maxed out details?

Meh to C&C3 tbh.
As a lifelong player of this line of episodes, since Dune, it reminds me how much I didn`t ~really~ like the tiberian aspect of C&C. First one - yeah ok, 2nd mmm ok, and probably the same with this.
I will of course play the heck out of it, as is the pull of the game. I don`t particularly praise it on a gfx level, sure it`s got some great looking stuff in parts and the game is written well with the scenes and so on .. and the hold and modify effect with the movies/tv scenes is a bit old now to me. (nice wealth of actors, along with some bad ones that obviously got there on looks alone)
Just don`t feel it`s moved along enough. But heck, I`m gonna give it a go on my low spec laptop and I`m almost sure it`ll work (vista aside).
As soon as another Generals spinoff or episode comes along, it`ll be stacked on the shelf I`m afraid.

C&C3 is poor.. and i know people slagged off the generals series but i loved them.. Alot better than Tiberium.. I bought C&C3 played it for 2 hours and havent played it since.. just nothing happens.. the games are too quick, i suppose i prefer games that take a while, like supreme commander..
