Ok guys, I've been bitten by the bug now, I think I'm gonna go for this coffee table PC.
I've got an old table and I've got some ideas for the box to house the PC.
I'm gonna use my old PentyIII rig which consists of:-
Legend QDI Brilliant 1s mobo
Slot 1 PIII/750 512MB RAM
AGP card (prolly just a GF4/5 for playing DVDs)
HDD
Soundblaster Live 5.1
and I'll need to get a DVD drive for it.
The problem is, as it's going to be a working PC (or I hope it is), the box is gonna have a glass top. Imagine Frags table, but with a PC built in.
Back to the problem "Dust." It's gonna be like a Dyson. I'm not gonna be using it like every day, just for watching DVDs.
Anyone got ideas for keeping the dust down? Water cooling might not be viable because I want as much of the components visible as poss.
This project is gonna be a hard one for me 'cos I suffer from very short concentration spans, so it may take a while (if I see it through).
