CPU wont last long at those volts either...........

It is SA voltage to the memory controller that kills the cpu not the vcore.

I have testet up to 1.8 volt vcore on my old 2500K on single stage compressor and it survived just fine but if you set the SA voltage higher then 1.25 then it's just a matter of hours before it dies.

Ive had CPU's die because of Vcore and have heard a LOT of others do the same via here and YouTube too....

What would you suggest to improve my score?

Cpu speed is the main big factor for getting a better time but ram speed and timmings is just as important.

And then you have to test with a very small sharved down XP with lots of tweaks.

I use a XP version that only takes up 38 mb ram with all the tweaks enabled.

Ive never gone quite that extreme

I've always booted into windows 7, turned the theme to classic, closed EVERYTHING, etc, and run my benches.
