Choosing RAM Help

Basically, I was wondering if anyone could recommend some sticks of RAM that will be perfect for my build.

Probably at any one time I would be: playing a game, recording with frapps or a similar software and listening to music.

The components I have so far is:

MSI Z87-GD65 Motherboard
Intel i7 4770K CPU
Corsair AX760 PSU

If anyone has any help to give please.
Budget is probably less that £100, just so I can spend more of other parts.

Pretty much any branded 1866/2133/2400mhz kit.

RAM's pretty much all made by the same people, so it just comes down to price and looks.

Maybe look at the new Corsair Vengeance stuff?

I am just about to buy the 4770k and an Asus Sabertooth Z87, was going to buy some standard vengence then I saw the new Vengence pro, I was wondering if anyone knows if the RAM is compatible.

I know my rig down below doesn't look great, but in the process of buying new case, MB, CPU, RAM, and SSD

Hey there InfinityCallum.

In my opinion you do not really need more than 8Gb of 1600MHz memory for those use scenarios, unless fraps chews them up. Adata is making nice products these days, so does Kingston while keeping the price slightly lower. You could also check out Patriot, I think they even provide lifetime warranty on some modules if that is what you are looking for.
In day to day things you will not see much difference, if at all, between 1600 and 2400.

Hope this helps.

Vengeance Pro looks the shizniz in the GD65 Gaming if you get the red ones.

May as well get the 2400 kit too ;)
