Any suggestions looking for 2000Mhz DRR3 8 or 12gb ram?

As i've already said in your other topic, 12GB is not an option when it comes to Z77. You only need 8GB for gaming, so please, leave it at that.
If you can get 1600MHz RAM for significantly cheaper than the higher speeds, then stick with that. Faster RAM has a negligible effect on the vast majority of programs, including games. We're talking about <±1fps
