Win or lose?

Mind you I have everything still enabled like visualization technology and all that.

Load line is set to Ultra high

CPU current is 140%

VRM phase control is set to Extreme

VRM frequency is set to Manual 350

vCore is set to Offset - .100 with a base of 1.125 witch drops to around .9 at idle but completely stable.

I believe you have won, that's low voltage for that chip I believe, I don't have one myself so I cent remember off the top of my head what the stock voltages are
tongue.gif
have you tried to push the chip any further, increasing the voltage and multiplier some more, not for 24/7 stability but just for some one of testing and benching?

Thanks guys =]. Anyway I dont really wanna push further at the moment because all I have is my shitty xigmatek cooler right now so any higher and temps become an issue. But im saving up to finish building my water cooling loop, all I need is a water block and a pump and tubing =]. I was told that that voltage was extremely low by my buddy at work so im happy.

Lol it looks like we are in the same boat, I also have a crappy air cooler and am saving up fory water cooling loop (I seem to be saving up for a lot of things actually

) but all I need now is a reservoir, connections and tubing, then I'm good to go

oh and water Ofc. When oh get the loop sorted be sure to post your results on here for us all to see, will be looking forward to seeing what you get.

Will do bud! =] Yeah I have my rad and res and when its done I think my CPU loop is just gonna be sick!

You will do seen as your voltage is lower

If I ever need to buy another 2500k it's good to know which batches are the god ones.
little late on this reply i forgot i had a post on this thread, i'm not home right now but u can PM me on the forum i check it quite often, If u can even PM on this forum i wouldnt know... if not add me on skype, dax.nagtegaal is my skype name

That's pretty damn close to the performance of my 2600K, 4.5Ghz @ 1.256V.

I still need CPU-Z validation to believe it though. These kinds of chips are one in a million.

I completely forgot about signatures. I disabled them all a while back... and now I forgot how to enable them again. Where do I look?
