China has built the world's most powerful supercomputer, which is comprised of over 10 Million CPU cores, none of which are made by AMD or Intel.

So uh a nice wad of cash gone for Intel and US tax, China's design appears superior for compute, China is free to conduct nuclear research on it if they wish. Anything else. Oh wait those awesome RGBS from Wraith.

Seriously, big win for China. Dunno how the US didn't see it coming and just enjoy the nice boost in tax income Intel.
