Pros: MY GOSH WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT OVER MY HYPER THREAD 2.8..I GOT THIS STRICLY FOR GAMING (BF2). I HAVE BEEN FIRST IN THE SERVER EVERY TIME..I DOWNLOADED 3 MAPS AND A PATCH (9 GIGS) IN UNDER 15MINS.

Cons: THIS THING NEEDS TO COME WITH A GIRLFRIEND ....

Other Thoughts: PAIR IT WITH SOME KICKBUTT RAM, AND YOULL BE KILLIN EVERYONE IN NO TIME

So he bought a quad core strictly to play a single threaded game... And then, it magically helped his download speed! Nevermind getting a faster internet connection, just get a new processor because boyeee does it ever crank up those download speeds, woooohooo!

This reminds me of some other online shops.

There needs to be some law-rulings brought out concerning some reviews that appear on online web-seller-sites.

Honestly, I think they have a member of staff write atleast the first ones, in some cases.

I`m not gonna name any names, but I`d rather see an online shop have no reviews, than ones obviously written by some1 who has no clue, even about the product.

theirs one on newegg were a guy says c2d are rip offs because you can get a 3.4 dual core that is 6.8ghz and the c2d are only 2ghz.

Me, I can't see spending X amount of dollars on a quad-core right now, I think it'll be a good year before they really make use of one, 'specially in games.
