That's very suspect. It's the second shot that makes it 100% in my mind, but I’d say he's got an aimbot and wall hacks for sure. A really crap aimbot too. The snapping is hugely obvious. My guess is that he's just got it or doesn't know how to tune it.

I'm sure PB will catch up with him soon, but he should get banished.
