cheap mobo /CPU/Memory combo

Hi, I am looking to buy Mobo, CPU/ , Memory, on the cheap for my kids computer. budget is up to about £200

I'm thinking about getting the following

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5300 @ 3.20GHz

Gigabyte GA-P43-ES3G Intel P43 Motherboard

Corsair XMS2 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 DDR2

its basically an overclocking bundle being sold here

but i will be using my own cooler ,I am pretty sure I still have my noctua cooler from before i went water cooling in the garage so that should do.

PSU will be a generic TRUST 570w I have kicking around,

( I know I should use better but its there and I am not made of money)

Graphics will be an ATI 1950 XTX i have spare, but may well get upgraded to a 4850 i am using now as i hope to get a 5870 for my main rig soon!

case is a NZXT M59

All advice and sugestions would be greatfully recieved

Hmmm some very tempting options there Sammytonjohn, thanks for taking the time to look for me.

I may have to call an emergency meeting with the Domestic Finance Minister (the wife) to see if the budget for the kids PC can be stretched without impinging on the other important projects, ie the new graphics card and water block i am after.:drool:

I'd recommend a AMD set up if its budget. (IMO)

get the i3 530 if money can stretch, it is supposed to overclock like a dream aswell. Or look at the AMD x2 that can be unlocked to gain an other core or two.

Hmm for that money I would go for an AMD X3 435 setup with an AM3 785g motherboard. Though the i3 isn't exactly bad now is it.

For what the kids going to use it for id go for a nice socket 775 system. Maybe an E5300, or E6300, Decent Asus P5Q or similar and some nice ram. Would do you lovely, could clock it too and looks good...i3 is silly for what it does. You wont use it. But hey, my assumption is that the deal has been done and good bought?

i have almost the same amd setup and it rocks but im sure the intel option will be nice too.
