Change thermal compound?

Hey all,

I have an i5 3570k that is over clocker to 4.4 ghz and has been for 3.5 years and has been well used, is it a good idea to change it or does it not really matter?

Are you having any thermal issues?

If not, I wouldn't worry.

Don't need to. Although if it worries you then. Won't hurt to do it. Probably only see a 1C difference at idle and probably not even that at load.
