Caviar black vs velociraptor

Hi guys. I'm torn between these to drives, my dilemma is partly furled by ignorance.

Should I spend £50 on caviar black 1T or a 160gb velociraptor for £70. I play alot of games, it seems to me that the drives a fair well matched bur a big difference in price. I play games on my comp and I think 160gb would be enough for me tbh, thanks in advance

I'd go for the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB and save some money in the process

Velociraptors are pointless imho. if you want a proper fast drive, get an SSD

get 2 blacks for 100 and raid them and never look back at a velocie again. There know to be a tad bit noisy due to the higher rpm's

I would suggest a Samsung Spinpoint F3 aswell. If you ever feel the need for a faster solution throw in a 64 Gb SSD bootdrive and job's done.
