Hi Everyone, My STH10 is at Stanstead airport en route to me. Waiting for the email to let me know how much in taxes I have to pay? I have ordered it in white and am very much looking forward to getting stuck into it. I was wondering if any other members have one and if so what hardware did they put in it? I will be putting my existing hardware in to start with which is:- Rampage iv extreme, I7 3820, two gtx590's, 32gb corsair vengeance 1600Mhz (8x4gb), corsair ax1200, two x 120gb ssd, 1Tb western digital hdd, samsung blu ray, sony dvd burner. Both gtx cards have alphacool blocks as does my cpu. I currnetly have one 420x60 rad in the roof & one 360x45 mounted vertically from the floor, my current case is xigmatic elysium. Because the new case is so big I am thinking of having at least one more rad? I am very new to watercooling so I would appreciate any advice you guys could offer me please. Look forward to receiving any replies. Ugiboy

Hello mate, I haven't ordered mine yet but when i do i'll also be getting it in white.
Hardware i'm going to put in is:
- EVGA SR2
- 2 x E5645 (possibly X5660's)
- 24gb of Corsair Dominator platinum 1600mhz
- 2 x EVGA GTX670 FTW
- Corsair GT 240gb SSD
- 2tb WD Caviar Black
- Silverstone Strider 1500w (yes its way overkill but i have it so going use it anyway )

Its going to be water cooled but not yet, i wanted to get it up and running on air first. Its also going to be the first time water cooling for me also.

The parts, especially the GPU may change as the build will be done as and when the parts come in.

But i look forward to seeing your build log :)

I've got a T10 from Caslabs. It's filled with:

MSI z77-GD65.
3570K (under water, XSPC Rasa block).
32gb Mushkin Blackline 1600.
2x Sapphire 7950s (under water with EK blocks).
Lamptron Touch FC attached to 6x Sycthe GTs and 2x DDC pumps.
1x RS360 and 1x Aphacool 360 Monsta.

Does the job nicely :D

Hi guys, thanx for the replies & welcome messages. I am still waiting to get email on what taxes I need to pay? So far in total I have paid $777.90 this is just the default sth10 & a set of HD castors. The guys at caselabs are great, they are only declaring half of the value so I will theoretically only pay half taxes? I am very much looking forward to getting my hands on the case and will then decide what to put in it & where. Not going to rush as I want this set up to last for a fair time. I would like to know how much performance I should expect if I upgrade from a 3820 to a 3930K? Thankx guys

It depends on what you use your PC for. For gaming you'll see no improvement, for video editing/rendering music production or engineer modelling then it will be noticeably faster.

Case arrived

Hi, My case has just been delivered by fedex, no email for taxes. So excited, about to open the box. Thanxs

Hi, Thanks very much for the advice. I will wait for the prices to drop on the 3930k
Don't expect them to drop very much. There is nothing to compete with SB-e so Intel will hold out on releasing IB-e until all the old stock has gone. I doubt prices will fall much at all. If you look at the 1155 range you can see that SB and IB are still virtually the same price 6 months after IB was released.

Hi, Thank you for the advice. Would you buy a second hand CPU on ebay? There is one on there for £300. Thanks again

That's awesome :D i think you may have avoided those taxes as i'm sure they ask for them to be paid before the item is delivered

Hi, i think I have been lucky with the taxes? I have copied the email caselabs sent me before I placed my order, they are top guys. i have just ordered some rad mounts etc. Cheers Glen We can’t be 100% sure about its accuracy, but this may help http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-duty-and-tax-calculation/. We can declare the case at half of the invoice price to help with cost if desired. The insurance rate is 8% of the declared value. The case comes with the following:

· 4 Sets of standard Flex-Bay device mounts (MAC-125)
· Tech Station feet
· HDD/SSD hardware mounting kit
· Spare Parts kit – thumbscrews, anti-vibration grommets, retaining clips, 6-32 case screws.
· Cable ties
· 4 Rubber case feet
· Motherboard stand-offs

· Motherboard tray handle

· 5/16’’ nut-driver for driver for the drive cages
· 3 PSU cover plates
· Counter sink screws for case assembly
· Door hinge kit
· Five 3-bay Flex-Bay covers
· Two 1-bay Flex-Bay covers

Please inform me if you would like to proceed with your order so I may send you an invoice.

Thank you,
Kevin

Awesome, i may have to give them a email and see if they can help me out. I've also ordered some rad mounts for front and top chambers, extra flex bay covers, extra motherboard tray in black and a XL window panel, PSU support mount, 2 bays res mounts and finally a t-shirt
