Case Choices

Hey, I am helping a mate of mine choose a new case for his system. He is going watercooling soon so he wants a window to show off his rig.

He is wondering what is the best window full tower cases for £150-200.

Thanks!

You could get a 700D and 800D side panel for under £200.

Or there is the Cooler Master HAF X and the Xigmatek Elysium.

I personally think the windows on those last two don't do the internals any justice

Thanks! Any idea where I could get an 800D side panel?

But you could always wait for the CM Cosmos s2

I think waiting for the Cosmos 2 is your best bet. It's got support for a 360mm (60mm thick) rad in the roof and a 240 rad in the bottom drive cages (also 60mm thick). And it's HUGE. I've read 20% larger internally that the original.

Cosmos S dimensions for reference = (W) 266 x (H) 598 x (D) 628mm

I hope CM releases a windowed side panel. No word on that yet.

Anything That can fit a massive RAD which doesn't invole ruined £100 worth of nails and getting metal shards in my air, Oh wait.. Then it's no fun

£147 but the White Silverstone Raven 2 is the nuts imo and pretty hard to get the hold of these days. I just like the fact that you can see all the components properly because of the 90 degree rotation, best case to show all the important bits off imo

plus it's white
