carbide 500r window mod (difference in temperature?)

Hello forum,

I'm about to do this modification:

Will the temperature, since I will lose two intake fans (or as it comes 1 big one) change enormously? Or just a few degrees?

Temperatures won't increase much at all really - assuming you have other intake fans at the front.

Plenty of people run their cases with a full windowed side-panel, so there's nothing to worry about really.

you will lose the cool air intake from the fan or fans on the side window, but the 500r will have great airflow despite this loss.

there should be a minimal raise in temperature.
the window will also help prevent dust buildup inside your case as i believe the side panel is an unfiltered intake for the 500r.
