Cant install windows 7 to an SSD?

SSD install problems win 7

Hello All,

I have a bit of a problem with my new SSD, i've unplugged all other hard drives in my computer to put my SSD in i changed the boot from IDE to AHCI then i tried to install windows 7 it will then randomly stop when expanding files and say there are files missing from the installation then when it tries to boot from the SSD it will just say no boot device available, I've tried 3 different types of install one of them i'I've used on other systems before.
if any one can help i would appreciate it!

I've had to deal with this problem before :l. reconnect your hard drive and see if you can see it in disk management and if so try creating a new partition in the correct format.

Random OS freezing after win 7 instal

I've had to deal with this problem before :l. reconnect your hard drive and see if you can see it in disk management and if so try creating a new partition in the correct format.

Thanks for the fast response ill try that now and see how i get on ill keep you posted! i think i remember doing this before now on another SSD

EDIT: Update, ive tryed to do it that way it seems to want to instal but its now got another error message "Setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file" should i try another iso i am currently using home premium?

EDIT: It seems to be working for some reason now!

EDIT: This has been a nightmare for me now when i am trying to use the operating system to install everything i get random freezes dose any one know why?
