Can't decide on....Monitor....

ok, I have a 22' 1680x1050 screen and it's great for what I use it for....

in the next two months or so my games library will have a fairly extensive list of racing/sim games on it....

I have the chance to get 3x 19'inch 1440x900 monitors, space is a bit of an issue at the moment but it's manageable....

I'm undecided because I know how different a 22 and a 23 inch screen look... so potentially dropping 3 inches on screen size would be quite a lot, granted I'd be looking at 3 screens but being smaller in just not sure if it's a good move or not...... hence my problem.

Personally, I would get one larger monitor (2560 x 1440/1600). (1440 x 900) x 3 doesn't sound that appealing. Sure, you'll have more screen real estate and it might be more immersive than a single larger monitor, but how much will you really be looking at the monitors on either side?

As above, I would rather have a 24" 1080p+ monitor than 3 19" 1440x900.

Righto, I'll be sticking with what I got now then......

I had the thought of getting them anyway, so to have in effect 4 screens, but thankfully due to space and my graphics card..... it can't be done. money will go else where....
