Med skill?! that normally means low. So try high+ thats about right.

Orr, play in the invites! then high really means high! Then you dont come back because you never want to play on your pc again

Still if that's your first time on CoD4 then you're quite good. Or you were just playing alot of high ranked noobs (It does happen which is why the K/D ratio is the best factor to determine how good someone is )
