Can i upgrade?

Hi guys i used to have an acer aspire m3910 (i3 550, 4 gb ram g315) i upgraded it recently (new case, ram, psu, gpu) im thinking of upgrading the mobo so i can use my i3 2100 i have laying around so i can use the i3 550 in the front room as a htpc. will i need to buy windows again? as i can get a asus z68 mobo for 50 quid.

the license for m$ OSs is one per machine

No, you won't have to buy a new licence for your pc just if you changed the mb, but for you htpc you need another one.

its around 65 to 70 quid for an oem licence over here :/

It's the english version .. I think it's cheaper buying it here and use the taxfree eu shipping ^^
