My previous rig had a 3570k and a Maximus v Formula.

I am currently building a new rig however I have nowhere near the budget that I had when I built my previous PC. That said I really dont want to get lesser parts so I was hoping if I explain my situation and what I want from my pc you guys may be able to point me in the right direction.
Criteria
- Preferably ASUS
- Compatible with an i5 7600k (going to buy pre owned)
- If i overclock, it will only be the middle preset
- White Colouring (I really like TTL's colour scheme)
- Good sound quality (I know the V Formula was good for this, i dont want to take a step backwards)
Budget ideally of £100-£150
Any advice would be great, thanks guys
