Can anyone rate LED monitors?

Any of you got any recommendation on LED backlit monitors for gaming and video? Any better than LCD monitors?

Apple have released a 24in LED (with a 26in on it's way) but the design limits them to the Apple MacBook Pro and lite

Iv been looking in to these as well they look acc, not been able to find any great reviews tho.

there was quite a few about when i went america and boy they are sexy, i could certainly feel a more difined picture aswell as it being mighty brightx
