OS Vista Ultimate. 64 and 32 (happens on 2 machines here)
I`ve been able to duplicate an error, that I wonder if u guyz can too
Have a bunch of files in a folder, purposely have one of the files `busy` - for example make it an mp3 and leave it open in a player. Move the folder from one directory to another and u will obviously get the "this file can`t be deleted (23) error". Close the music player, i.e. release the file from being busy, and click on the "retry" option of the error requester that had popped up.
The folder will finish moving - however, the original folder will remain, but empty.
This is using explorer.
