Bye-Bye Deathadder, Hello G9.

Well guys as some may know I got a Deathadder for my birthday recently. The mouse was awesome and I didn't think the G9 would interest me. However, I saw a deal of the G9 for $70-$15MiR = $55 total which is $10 cheaper than what was paid for my Deathadder. So I'm going to return my Deathadder, and I have ordered a G9 that should be here in a couple of weeks

Reason I ordered the G9:

Cheaper after MiR

Logitech support > Razer from what I've heard

MX Revolution scroll wheel ftw!

3200 DPI :O

New Laser engine :O

Interchangeable plates

LEDs

Weights

Now I'm probably not going to use the weights too much, or the plates but it's cheaper and better.

Discuss my decision <3

PS: The reviews I read on the G9(3 so far) have said that this mouse is fantastic and pretty much the best =]

i personally DESPISE the new design, i got my G5 for $50 back in april of 06

I think it looks decent. idk about the scroll wheel though because i think the MX Revolution ones had problems. But its prolly a good mouse <3

Got it today, and OMFG best mouse ever please?!

Side buttons are totally SILENT

The changeable grips really is useful

The weight system = pwnage

The new software=pwnage

The full spectrum color LEDs=pwnage

The 3200 DPI + laser engine = pwnage

The awesome scroll wheel =pwnage

This mouse > Deathadder/MX518!!!!

Once again Logitech has a great new product =]

Yeah from what I've seen of the G9 it does look a little on the fugly side personally, but the specs certainly are impressive. Get some pics up when you can mate please...800 x 600 mind
