$100 is extremely cheap and the seller has excellent reviews so what do you guys think? It does not include any accessories at all (I/O Shield, cables, etc...) so does that really matter?
The board costs about $300 so saving $200 is a great deal but I'm still not sure.
I'll take my CPU to a repair shop to check if it works, if it does I'll most likely buy this board, if it doesn't then I'll buy MSI Z77 MPower with i5 3570k for $500, will use air cooler, old ram etc... to save money :)

I'd just get the new stuff tbh.

If you want something temporary, just get the cheapest X58 board you can find - don't need something good like a sabretooth

True, I just want it to work for like a year till haswell is out or till I save money for a real rig.
I might just get the msi mpower with i5 for $500 idk...
we'll see

I woild avoid refurbished all together. Just get any X58 motherboard as low you can find it BRAND NEW and replace your dead motherboard. A i7 970 is still a good chip so just replace the motherboard with a new one
