Do you already got the Veloci and the 2 460? If not I would advise you to not get the Veloci and just stick with the SSD and to buy a 560 or 570, instead of the 460s. Other than that, this is looking really nice. I hope you do post a build log and a lot of pictures, because it looks like it is going to be an amazing build!

Got the veloci for £25!!! im going to make that my default install location for apps.
A also already got 1 of the 460's, and need to power 3 monitors
Ah ok, well that makes sense. I really don't like how NVidia makes you have to have 2 cards for three displays, but since you already have one that's good
Yah you HAVE to have sli to run 3 screens.
