[Build Log] Arctic Water

are the 2 screws covered by the adapter necessary to the psu?? you could screw the grill on at the opposite end (2 screws at the internal cables end of the psu) and just not screw the other end, tucking the grill into the mount?

Im pretty sure the screws hold the fan in place also not just for the fan grill. So may cause some issues if they were not screwed in but im not 100% sure on that.

The build is looking awesome btw!!

Correct, the fan is held in place with the same screws.

So,the bottom rad bay is done on the windowed side and the main components are in for the pre-mod shake down

Forgive the pic quality, using my cam phone.

There will be thin clear plexi strips across the opening like a grill.

The res are off to Tom at Chilled PC for the front ports to be drilled and tapped.
I was going to attempt this myself but Tom is great at what he does and charges a very reasonable rate,I would be mad not to get him to do it!

Next stop, getting the hardware in for its shake down before hitting it with teh paint gun.

Great update dude! I'm really liking the job on that case! The white with copper is just perfect! Are you going to be modding a side-panel with window?

Are you going for a black inside? Otherwise can we expect a custom painted thermal armour on that board? ;)

Oh yes indeed!

I need to really think how that will be done as the door is awkward for doing it
Maybe you can bend the acrylic, like you did with your SR-2 build. Or you could just only show the part where to MoBo is whown.
Sorry for my bad typing atm, I have a fracture in my little finger and typing is incredibly hard now :/

Awesome build so far. Think the metal work is fantastic, not usually a huge fan of copper but this is looking epic. Looking forward to seeing how you go about the loop in this one.

Keep up the good work :)

Oooeehh, this is good :p

(Maybe I should have read better, but...) Is that an acrylic mid plate? If yes: With what or how did you make the holes for the tube/fitting connection?
