Build advice

Just looking for some input. I'm thinking of replacing my ageing parkard Bell (acer) all in one pc which I only use for work mainly.
I was going though my odds yesterday and all I need is case, power supply, and mobo, I was thinking itx system as I have my main full tower already
, do the wise among you think is trying to track down a asrock x99e/itx as the processor I have spare is a 6850k, or am I just being daft, and should sell up some of the bits and just start an up to date build.
Any thoughts welcome

6850K is still very good CPU. If you have it laying around there is no need to buy new one. I would still pick 6850K over 8700K for productivity workload.
