What mobo are you going for?

If your going for an nvidia based board the DDR2-800 would be better, tis what im using now.

(cpu @ 375*9, ram @ stock)

Edit: atch tbh id go for the higher rated anyway. Yes i read the article. If its rated higher you can lower the devider and know it will still opperate at atleast 800, whereas with the 666 its luck of the draw if it will even clock over that.

I would be getting the same motherboard as you hammy! :)

Yeah deffo. Unlink the CPU and ram and the board keeps them as close to your chosen values as it can.
 
With an Nvidia based board which uses EPP profiles, I'd look at some of these. EPP profiles are essentially for "Auto overclocking" the CPU and ram.
